Fred’s international experience includes involvement with projects in Australia, Bahrain, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, the Philippines, Singapore, Uganda, the Ukraine and Vietnam.

He held positions in the professional capacity of being a Principal at the Baking Industry Training Centre in Singapore and as an Associate Director at the Drysdale Hospitality Institute in Australia.
